We are concerned citizens of Western New York, engaging in what we call RUSH HOUR RESISTANCE.
The WNY Bridge Brigade provides physical messaging in the real world to connect with and activate community members who share anger and fear about our democracy's future. Every week, dedicated volunteers gather on bridges and overpasses throughout Western New York for what we call "Rush Hour Resistance"—displaying bold, clear signs that cut through the distraction and propaganda.
Beyond Western New York
The Visibility Brigade movement was born in 2020 on an overpass in Paramus, NJ, out of frustration over the lack of physical messaging in the real world about the existential crisis we face as a nation. There are now multiple brigades across the country, like the WNY Bridge Brigade, with new ones forming every day!
